Welcome to IPTV Canada Pro. By subscribing to our IPTV service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Service Description

IPTV Canada Pro provides a premium streaming service offering 18,000+ live TV channels and 20,000+ on-demand movies and series, accessible across Canada and worldwide. We are an aggregator of publicly available streams and do not distribute copyrighted content directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Subscription and Payment

• All prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal.
• Subscriptions activate within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Renewals are not automatic unless you opt in.

4. Account Use

Each subscription is for personal use only. Sharing credentials with others, reselling, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Service Availability

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Brief maintenance windows may occur and will be announced when possible. Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps is required for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address.
• Maintain device compatibility (Firestick, Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Formuler, PC, Mac).
• Comply with local laws regarding online streaming.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to redistribute, record, or rebroadcast streams; reverse-engineer the service; or use automated tools to abuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Canada Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, channel content changes by upstream providers, or service interruptions caused by your ISP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
