Our Role
IPTV Canada Pro provides streaming technology services only. We do not host, store, upload, broadcast or transmit any video content, television channels, movies or media on our servers. All media content is provided by third-party sources not under our control. We have no ability to control, monitor, edit or remove content delivered by third parties.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content accessible through a third-party source infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate;
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit notices via our contact page or by email to rakikismail2@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. We review all valid notices promptly and will take appropriate action within our control, which may include removing links or references where applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
